About us
How Doven Goods approaches the home goods it sends
Doven Goods is a subscription service operated by DOVEN CLOTHING LTD, based in the United Kingdom. We assemble boxes of eco-friendly home goods and send them to households that want to reduce waste without spending their evenings comparing labels. Each box is put together around the rooms you actually use: the kitchen, the bathroom, the laundry and the general living space.
Our approach begins with the materials. We look for goods made from paper, bamboo, cotton, glass and other materials that can be reused or recycled after use. Where a product is refillable, we favour refills over new containers. Where a product is disposable, we favour one that breaks down without leaving a lasting mark. This is a practical test, not a claim of perfection.
Every box is assembled in small batches so we can change what goes into it as suppliers change their own materials. If a supplier alters a component and the result no longer meets our standard, we look for a replacement rather than keep the line running. Subscribers hear about these changes in their box notes, which explain what has arrived and why it was chosen.
Subscriptions run on a rolling basis, and you choose the frequency that suits your household. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account without speaking to anyone. If you would rather speak to a person, the enquiry form on this page reaches the same small team that packs and posts the boxes, and we answer questions about contents, delivery and billing directly.
We are a small operation and we write our own copy, choose our own suppliers and answer our own post. That means we cannot always reply at once, but it also means your message is read by someone who knows the products. If you have a question about a specific item, a delivery or a subscription, this is the right place to raise it.
